The room was fantastic! In an area with a lot of dining choices. Very nice employees. The breakfast was the only low point, just not much to it. We have found, staying at various Marriott hotels, that you never know what breakfast items will be available. Some Marriotts have great choices and some don't even seem to try.
This is the best Fairfield Inn experience in our over 25 years staying at them. This 7 year old hotel is in great shape. The green chile breakfast burrito was a nice surprise and the coffee was of good quality and very fresh. A nice quiet NYE for us.
Comfiest bed I have ever slept in, delicious breakfast, amazing water pressure in an oversized shower. Pool and printer were out of order. Rude service over phone before arrival.
I’m not one to leave reviews but this hotel is absolutely amazing! Stayed while I was on my way to Tennessee and then coming back I stayed as well! Wonderful staff!!! And amazing breakfast! Rooms are very comfortable. Newer style rooms that look recently renovated! Amenities are amazing as well. Overall a 10/10!!!
My husband and I stayed at your hotel last night. What a wonderful experience we had! We want to make sure that the powers that be know what a wonderful front desk host Evan was to us. He was so friendly and helpful. He is a great employee!! He made us a fresh canister of coffee when we got there after a 600 mile drive yesterday, and it was delicious. We asked him for an address for a local diner and he looked it up and wrote it down for us. He asked us to let him know if we needed anything. He even offered to make us more coffee later if we needed him to. Our room was impeccable and the bed was very comfortable! Thank you Fairfield Inn of El Reno, Oklahoma!!! You nailed all 5 Stars from the beginning to the end of our stay!!!! We highly recommend you!!!!
This hotel was immaculate and I'm pretty picky... Level 2 right by the elevators. The linens, bathrooms, and carpeting was clean and comfortable and that's the most important! The woman at the front desk was kind and funny. (Unfortunately I can't remember her name) Breakfast was good, the only disappointment was there wasn't a waffle maker like most Fairfields we have stayed at. There were enough breakfast items to be satisfied but the waffles would have been nice. 100% would stay here again. Neighboring Walgreens within walking distance was great. Walmart and fast food nearby were added bonuses.
The room is nice. The only issue is it's right above the carport and there are pigeons living and cooing right outside my window.
I don’t usually leave reviews of hotels but this was an outstanding experience. Staff of hotels are always nice so that was similar but the room was just outstanding. I mean nice quality stuff, great shower, comfy bed , nice pillows, big tv , fridge and microwave, quiet, dark. Pricing was awesome for what I got. I slept like a baby. Woke up to a nice breakfast spread and good coffee. Was very pleased with this hotel and is better than 75% of the ones I’ve stayed in. Only pic I have is of the breakfast. Sorry.
